Shipping & Returns
Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
NEW ZEALAND
All orders are shipped using Post Haste or NZ Couriers and a signature will be required upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
Australia: A flat rate of $20 is charged.
International: A flat rate of $40 is charged.
All international orders are shipped using New Zealand Post track and trace. Please allow 2-6 working days for your delivery. You can track your order at
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, a refund or exchange will be offered on full price items only where:
- the goods are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact;
- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
- the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving;
- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
Please note that we cannot exchange or return worn/used items.
SALE stock cannot be refunded but can be exchanged or returned for a CONTAIN Gift Card.
PROMOTIONS/REDUCTIONS/SPEND & SAVE are classified as a sale item and are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged or retuned for a CONTAIN Gift Card.
Refunds are less what it cost us to ship the order and the customer is responsible for payment of the return postage.
Returns or exchanges are not available on sale items, jewellery and hosiery.
FINAL SALE – Any item marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
FLASH SALES – Anything purchased in a Flash Sale cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances (unless product is faulty). Flash Sales are defined by having a time limit placed on them ie 48 Hours, One Week Only etc.
HOW TO RETURN TO YOUR ORDER
If you would like to return your order please notify us by email at online@containboutique.co.nz Please inform us what item you wish to return and why. We will then give you the details for sending the product back.
The item must be sent back using a track and trace method, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches Contain.
Once Contain receives your item an email will be sent to confirm your refund or new item shipping details.
